The lot areas <br />vary from approximately two acres on Lot 1 to approximately <br />12 acres on Lot 3. The minimum lot area for industrial zones <br />is one acre. <br /> <br />Access to the proposed lots will be from County Road 57 and <br />116. Access permits will have to be obtained from the County. <br /> <br />Anoka County maintains the County roads.
