Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION A~LENDING CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR MN/DOT PARTICIPATION IN <br />GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL AIRPORT PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has entered into agency agreements <br />with Mn/DOT for State Projects 0205-01 and S.P. 0205-02, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, over the course of the work, additional work has been <br />added to the projects, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is requesting reimbursement for <br />various phases of the work, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mn/DOT has indicated in their June 8, 1990 to the <br />City that an amendment must be made to the agency agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to sign <br />an amendment to the Agreement for reimbursement for consulting <br />service costs and to submit to the State of Minnesota for execution <br />by the appropriate officials of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of June, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
