This list does not include any special events that the City may under take during 1990. The City will also be continuing the second year of the Decentralized Brush Chipping Program which will include the expenditure of $32,551.70 in local matching funds. Promotion Methods: Will include the publishing of a special issue of the Ramsey Resident devoted to the recycling opportunities available to the residents. This issue will coincide with the start of the City-wide curbside program.
