Section 130.124 Records Required. <br /> <br />(a) Every pawnbroker purchasing or receiving on deposit <br /> for a loan any article of personal property shall <br /> give to the person selling or depositing such <br /> article a plain written or printed ticket or receipt <br /> for the article so sold or deposited, showing the <br /> terms of such sale or loan. <br /> <br />(b) Each licensee hereunder shall keep a record of each <br /> transaction made in the course of his business. <br /> Such records shall be in a form prescribed by the <br /> City Clerk and shall, in all instances, be legibly <br /> made in ink and be in the English language. The <br /> records so kept shall include the following <br /> information about each transaction: <br /> <br /> (1) The name, address, and date of birth of the <br /> person pledging or selling the item. <br /> <br /> (2) The time and date of the transaction° <br /> <br /> (3) A complete description of the item pledged or <br /> sold, including all identifying numbers and <br /> identifying marks. <br /> <br /> (4) A physical description of the person pawning <br /> or selling the item, including: <br /> <br />a. race <br /> <br />b. sex <br /> <br />c. height <br /> <br />d. weight <br /> <br />e. color of eyes <br />f. color of hair <br /> <br /> <br />
