Com~c~be~ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g90-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF MARK S. BANWART <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 20, 1990 Mark S. Banwart submitted to David R. Hartley, <br />City Administrator, his resignation from the position of Community Development Director <br />with the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the effective date of said resignation is July 20, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is Mr. Banwart's intention to receive one month's salary in lieu <br />of accrued and unused vacation and compensatory time. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That City Council hereby accepts the resignation of Mark S. Banwart under the <br />terms stated in his resignation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 26th day of June, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Admi~isu'a~or <br /> <br /> <br />
