The location of the building has been changed to the <br />center of the lot. <br /> <br />A total of 12 parking spaces including one handicap space has <br />been shown on the plans. The City Code requires one space for <br />each 10 autos displayed, one for each employee and one for <br />each 200 square feet of retail space. <br /> <br />Lights and poles have been added to the perimeter of the sales <br />parking and to the proposed building. <br /> <br />5. Details of the trash enclosure have been added as requested. <br /> <br />6.
