Environmental impacts are well below threshold levels and other
impacts such as erosion, runoff and public utilities are mitigatable.

The primary issue in this development involves filling of wetlands. As a requirement for the development
of public park land and for the development of some lots~ a portion of wetland soils will need to be dredged
and baokfilled with granular material. This plan proposes to mitigate some of the wetland filling by
creating new wetland area. It is anticipated that movement of animals through the area will be affected
during the construction'phase and will return to near normal as habitat is restored.

CERTIFICATION BY RESPONSIBLE GOVERNMENTAL UNIT

] hereby ceftin, that the info~nation contained in this document is true and complete to the best of my knowledge and that
copies of the completed EA'vU have been made available to all points on the official EQB distribution list.

Signature ~~~ x ~~'~~~xT~- ~ Date 0~- ~Z[-8o

Community DevelnnmPnt ,girecfnr

4
