#23. Air po!lutionj dusts noise, odors: <br /> <br />Construction related air pollution would be generated from earthwork and construction <br />machinery relative to the development of the site. <br />Post construction air pollution would be of residential quality i.e. auto en~missions. <br />This project has a design capacisy of between 200-300 parking spaces. MPCA uses <br />a threshold of 1,000 parking spaces as the minimum requiring an air quality analysis. <br /> <br />b.) <br /> <br />Dust: <br />Construct(on related dust is a possibility because of the earthwork related activities <br />associated with land development, lo minimize tne dust possibility, earthwork activities <br />will be done as early in the season as possib)e and sprinkling of graded areas will be done <br />if necessary. At the completion of grading operations, street and utility construction, <br />all disturbed areas will be revegetated. <br /> <br />c.) Noise: <br /> Construction related noise will include the operation of earthwork and construction <br /> machinery. <br /> Post construction noise will include vehicular traffic. <br /> <br />d.) Odors: <br /> <br /> Construction related odors would include emissions from heavy machinery and paving of <br /> streets. <br /> Post construction odors - none. <br /> <br /> <br />
