Special Conditions: 1. The permittee shall construct the mitigation areas os shown on the drawing labeled, 8§-115B-12 page 3 of 5. The excavation and side sloping of the wetland areas shall conform to the guidance provided in permit attachment, page 4 of 5. 2.
