A layer of wetland soil must be placed on the wetland slope areas <br />created along the upland. To further promote the growth of desirable aquatic <br />species along these slopes, the seed mixtures listed on permit attachment, <br />page 5 of 5 shall be used to seed these areas. In oddltion oll other <br />disturbed wetland soil areas shall be seeded using these mixtures. <br /> <br /> q. Erosion control measures such os silt fences and straw bole dikes <br />must be in place prior to grading and shaping near the wetland areas. <br /> <br /> 5. A buffer oreo, o minimum of 15 feet wide shall be mointoined olong <br />the edge of oil created and remaining wetlands in the project oreo. <br /> <br />6.
