RECEIVE BIDS FOR <br />I BITUMINOUS OVERLAY AUTUMN HEIGHTS, WOODLAND GREEN, <br /> AND HALLS DOVER ACRES <br /> (IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS 90-7,8 & 9) <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On June 26, 1990, the City received 10 bids for the bituminous <br />overlay projects for Autumn Heights, Woodland Green and Halls Dover <br />Acres. The low bidder, Bauerly Bros., Inc., submitted a bid with <br />unbalanced unit prices. Therefore, we are recommending rejection <br />of that bid as stated in our letter of July 3, 1990, to the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the following: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Letter of recommendation to the City Council dated July 3, <br />1990. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />2) Bid tabulation of all bids. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Letter to Bauerly Bros., Inc. from Peter R.
