When used in this section, the <br />following words shall mean: <br /> <br /> City. The City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> Licensed Premises. The specific building which has been <br /> licensed pursuant to this chapter. "Licensed Premises" <br /> does not include any out buildings, attached or detached <br /> to the licensed premises. <br /> <br /> Pawnbroker. A person who loans money on deposit of or <br /> pledge for personal property or other valuable thing, or <br /> who deals in the purchasing of personal property or other <br /> valuable things on condition of selling the same back <br /> again at a stipulated price, or who loans money secured <br /> by chattel mortgage on personal property, taking <br /> possession of the property or any part thereof so <br /> mortgaged. <br /> <br /> Receive. To purchase, accept for sale on consignment or <br /> take in pawn any secondhand good. <br /> <br /> Secondhand Goods Dealer. Any person, partnership, firm <br /> or corporation whose regular business includes selling <br /> <br /> <br />
