N <br /> <br />SKETCH MAP OF PROPOSED SITE <br /> <br />PROCEDURES: <br /> <br />Fill out application, estimate volume in cubic yards, and locate proposed burn site on <br />permit application sketch map (above) locating source of material, burn site, road, <br />buildings, etc.. <br /> <br />2. Pay minimum fee. <br /> <br />Schedule preliminary site inspection before assembling/piling material to be disposed of. <br />Fire event safety plan and proposed bum site(s) located, and special conditions, if any, <br />noted. <br /> <br />4. If proposed site and purpose meet requirements, the material can be piled for burning. <br /> <br />Schedule 2nd inspection for location, composition, volume of material, dates of permit, <br />times and review fire safety considerations. Schedule fhe drill, if necessary, for burn <br />event. <br /> <br />6. Pay additional cubic yard fee if over minimum 10 yards. <br /> <br />7. Receive valid permit of limited duration (1 to 20 days). <br /> <br />8. Two (2) days before burning, permittee must notify City of Ramsey Fire Department. <br /> <br />One (1) day after completing bum, permittee must notify the City of Ramsey Fire <br />Department for inspection and restoration of site, fi required. <br /> <br />EVERY OPEN FIRE EVENT SHALL BE CONSTANTLY ATTENDED BY A COMPETENT <br />PERSON, WITH APPROPRIATE COMMUNICATION AND FIRE SUPPRESSION <br />EQUIPMENT AND SHALL BE COMPLETELY EXTINGUISHED BEFORE QUITTING THE <br />SITE. <br /> <br />Signature of Property Owner <br /> <br />Signature of Representative attending fn'e <br /> <br />Environmental Specialist <br /> <br />Fire Chief <br /> <br /> <br />
