I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 10, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.039C BASIC IMPROVEMENTS INSTALLED BY DEVELOPER 2. STAGE I IMPROVEMENTS. i. STREET LIGHTS OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. Said Ordinance Amendment is proposed to include: Street Lights: Street lights meeting City standards and specifications shall be installed at street intersections with County, State and collector streets bordering the subdivision at points designated by the City Engineer. In Municipal Urban Service Area (MUSA), street lights shall also be installed at all interior street intersections and at intervals of approximately 400 feet or as mutually agreed upon by the Developer and City Engineer. Street light installation shall be under the direction of the City Engineer. The Developer shall pay for street light installation in the form of a cash deposit made prior to the recording of the plat. The cost of street lights shall be set annually by resolution. All persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the ordinance amendment. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
