Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-9-247 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING $10,802 <br />FUND TO FUND TENNIS COURT <br />RIVERSBEND PARK. <br /> <br />FROM THE EQUIPMENT REVOLVING <br />CONSTRUCTION AT TITTERUD AND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 9, 2003, City Council authorized staff to repair the tennis <br />courts at Titterud and Riversbend Parks in an amount of $10,992; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funding in the amount of $10,802 is to be obtained from the Equipment <br />Revolving Fund from depreciated monies related to the Titterud Park tennis court resurfacing; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the remainder of the $190 will be funded from the General Fund Park and <br />Recreation budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes staff to fund the construction of tennis <br />courts at Riversbend and Titterud parks from the Equipment Revolving Fund in the amount of <br />$10,802. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
