<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 13-11-199 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONTO ACCEPT THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S PERFORMANCE <br /> <br />EVALUATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> a one year, 360 degree performance evaluation was completed for the City <br />Administrator for September 2012 —September 2013; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator’s performance in closed session on October 15 and 29, 2013; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> after far-ranging and detailed discussions about the City Administrator <br />position and the interactions of the Administrator with the Council, staff and public, the Council <br />and Mr. Ulrich reviewed the duties, responsibilities, and expectations of the position and <br />established goals of the Administrator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, the Council and City Administrator agreed to review progress toward the <br />established goals in approximately six months; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , it was the consensus of the City Council to accept Mr. Ulrich’s <br />performance evaluation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Motion to adopt resolution #13-11-199 accepting Mr. Kurt Ulrich's performance <br />evaluation for the time period of September 2012 through September 2013 and to review <br />progress toward the established goals in approximately six months. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
