Voting Yes: Chairperson Johns, Commissioners Shryock, Olds., LaMere, and <br />Lehman. 'Voting No: None. Absent: Ostrum. <br /> <br />Case #2: Recommend Park Dedication for Letendre Addition <br /> <br />City Civil Engineer 1I Linton explained Robert Letendre and Theresa Weibe are requesting <br />preliminary approval to replat two homesteads to create a th/rd buildable lot. The Planning <br />Commission case is attached for reference. <br /> <br />The City has the option of cash, land or a combination of cash and land for park dedication. The <br />City's 2003 park dedication fee is $1800 per residential lot; existing homesteads are exempt from <br />park dedication fees. The plat will be subject to the park dedication rate in effect at the time of <br />final plat approval. Park dedication fees must be paid prior to the City releasing the plat for <br />recording at Anoka County. <br /> <br />The City has established a trail development fee at a rate of $475 per unit; existing homesteads <br />are exempt from this fee. The plat will be subject to the trail fee in effect at the time of final plat <br />approval.
