Hakanson <br />Anderson <br />Assoc., Inc. <br /> <br />Engineers, Surveyors & <br />Landscape Architects <br /> <br />July 27, 1990 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Site Plan Review <br />Green Valley Greenhouse <br /> <br />Dear Council Members: <br /> <br />We have reviewed the revised site plan for Green Valley Greenhouse <br />dated July 25, 1990 and offer the following comments subsequent to <br />our letter of July 18, 1990. <br /> <br />The site plan indicates an existing paved parking area for 10 <br />vehicles east of the building complex. In addition, a <br />concrete surface lot capable of accommodating 22 vehicles is <br />available. The applicant indicates 25 employees on the <br />maximum shift, thus parking is adequate. <br /> <br />No area is shown as loading area or truck turnaround. The <br />applicant has not indicated the size of vehicles serving the <br />wholesale operation but if semi-trailers are used, a paved <br />truck turnaround should be provided. <br /> <br />Water usage is indicated as 2,000 gallons by the applicant. <br />No indication is made whether this is daily volume or for a <br />shorter time period. <br /> <br />The site plan indicates a general clumping of material along <br />Green Valley Road.
