PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />GREEN VALLEY GREENHOUSE <br />6530 GREEN VALLEY ROAD <br />03-32-25-44-0001 <br /> JULY 31, 1990 <br /> <br />That on ,1990, a conditional use permit was issued to Wayne Davis to <br />expand the Green Valley Greenhouse operation at 6530 Green Valley Road. The subject property <br />is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easement to Rural Coop Power Association. <br /> <br />This permit is issued persuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional <br />use permit is .perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br />The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That any future expansions or additions of permanent accessory structures on the subject <br />property must be reviewed and approved by the City as an amendment to this conditional <br />use permit. <br /> <br />That the access and all off-street parking and loading areas shall be surfaced with blacktop <br />or concrete. <br /> <br />That the Applicant will develop the subject property as shown on the attached site plan <br />dated July 25, 1990. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That in order to insure that the improvements required by the site plan are installed, the <br />developer will deposit with the City a letter of credit or cash escrow in the amount of <br />$ ., which amount is equal to 150% of the City's estimated cost of improvements. <br />The improvements required shall be installed on or before . Said <br />financial guarantee will be released to the Applicant upon the City Engineer's issuance of a <br />statement indicating that the improvements have been satisfactorily installed. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time and <br />shall be reviewed annually by City Staff and is subject to revocation for violations pursuant <br />to those procedures as required by City Code. <br /> <br />Wayne Davis hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and that he has reviewed <br />the conditions of this permit and has agreed that he will cause compliance with the terms of this <br />permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
