Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-07- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 90-15 (MENKVELD'S COUNTRY PARK) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted March 27, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to storm sewer construction Menkveld's Country Park in the Rum River Taxing District. WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 24, 1990 which report indicates the following: Estimated Total Cost of Project Estimated Tax Capacity Increase Rum River Storm Sewer Taxing District $40,300.00 $0.23 percent NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OP MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the proposed improvement of such storm sewer in accordance with the report and the financing of all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter and MS No. 444 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $40,300. 2) That a public hearing shall beheld on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of August, 1990, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: whereupon said resolution was declared.duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of July, 1990.
