Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-07- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT #90-24 (PARABODY, INC. SITE IMPROVEMENTS CONSISTING OF SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, LIGHTING FIXTURES AND LANDSCAPING) WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has agreed to participate in construction of site improvements for Parabody, Inc. using tax increment financing, and WHEREAS, on July 10, 1990, city Council passed a resolution calling for a hearing on the modification of the development program for Development District No. 1 and modification of the tax increment financing plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 to implement the use of tax increment financing for Improvement Project $90-24. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and consists of site improvements for Parabody, Inc. 2) Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. Preparation of plan shall be contingent on Mr. Dennis Sharp, developer of the site, entering into a development agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of July, 1990.
