Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT #90-24 (PARABODY, INC. SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br />CONSISTING OF SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, LIGHTING FIXTURES AND <br />LANDSCAPING) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has agreed to participate in <br />construction of site improvements for Parabody, Inc. using tax <br />increment financing, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 10, 1990, city Council passed a resolution <br />calling for a hearing on the modification of the development <br />program for Development District No. 1 and modification of the tax <br />increment financing plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 <br />to implement the use of tax increment financing for Improvement <br />Project $90-24. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and consists <br />of site improvements for Parabody, Inc. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is <br />hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He <br />shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br />Preparation of plan shall be contingent on Mr. Dennis Sharp, <br />developer of the site, entering into a development agreement <br />with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of July, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
