Alder Glen Addition <br /> Between 160th lane N.W. and 164th <br />All in City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Banwart, <br /> <br />We are in receipt of the above referenced plats for our review in <br />accordance with Minnesota Statutes 505.02 and 505.03 Plats and Surveys. <br />We find the plots acceptable for further processing with consideration <br />of the following comments: <br /> <br />Trott Brook Ponds <br /> <br />This plat was submitted to us by Mr. Jeffrey N. Caine and comments <br />were prepared and sent directly to him with a copy to the City on <br />November 7, 1989. For you convenience, I am enclosing a copy of <br />those comments. <br /> <br />Morten Addition <br /> <br />In general our comments are the same as those made on the Trott <br />Brook Ponds plat. <br /> <br />- We suggest a minimum of 60' of right of way be <br /> provided for future up=~rading. <br /> <br />Our preference would be to eliminate all direct <br />access ~o I.H. 47 and provide all lots with access <br />via ciey streets, if possible. <br /> <br />.4n Eau~ Om~ort-uni~, Ern~love,- <br /> <br /> <br />
