In response to Karen Vander Lee's comments, ]Va-. Banwart referred to Item #4 of the City <br />Engineer's report dated March 29, 1990. That item indicates that ponding areas should be <br />provided prior to the discharge of water into Trott Brook and provisions for drainage of Lot <br />6, Block 7 should be made to prevent flooding of adjacent properties. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman noted that there is a drainage easement proposed and it cannot be <br />filled without a permit from the City. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, <br />Hendriksen, Terry and LaDue.
