Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~90-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO <br />FRAME FOR STANHOPE TERRACE ADDITION <br /> <br />THE RECORDING TIME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-04-107 granting final plat <br />approval to Stanhope Terrace Addition on April 24, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code 1780.0310C RECORDING states that failure to file the <br />plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in voiding the <br />plat;, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Ann Canis and Tom Skiba, developers of <br />Stanhope Terrace Addition on July 27, 1990, requesting an extension to the recording time frame <br />for Stanhope Terrace Addition to allow for completion of Stage I Improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time frame for <br />Stanhope Terrace Addition to December 21, 1990. <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of August, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
