I ! ! ! ! I I I I I I I I I I I I I 6/20 - Contacted carol and asked her to pick up the zone maps. 3:50 p.m. Carol picked up zone maps. 6122 - Called Carol and asked her to pick up "ATTENTION" cards. She picked them up that afternoon. 6/26 - Asked Carol to concentrate on the residents and not to spend anymore time on the parks. 7/3 - Contacted Carol and asked if she was chipping. No, too hot. 7/10, Told Carol to follow the plan we had worked out; zone A then Zone B, etc. Zone A-7 called and asked when she was to be chipped, told her she should have been done already. Called Carol and she said that area had already been done. Checked out the area myself and found no brush in sight. Could not get resident on the phone or at home. 7/11 - A-7 called again and complained that his brush was not chipped. I told him I could not find it. He then told me it was in the ditch and overgrown with weeds. I said I would check into it and get back to him. Could not locate Carol, left a message. 7/12 - Contacted Carol and she said no chipping today, blades need sharpening. Asked Carol to check out Zone A-7 and get back to me. She did not get back to me. 7/13- Left messages with Carol, none were returned. 7/16- Carol said she would be starting Zone B. Told her not to visit A-7, I had already done so. 7/17 - Carol said that she would probably be done with Zone B ahead of schedule. She also said that she could not find piles on B-11 & B-12, they did leave cards. 7/18 - Called Jeffrey Lorge and asked his wife to move wood pile so we can chip their brush, Asked her to give me a call when she is done. 7/18 - Called Jorge Kessler and he told me where his brush pile was located. 7/18 - Called Carol and told her where to find B-11 & B-12 brush piles. Also asked her to chip Ramsey's brush after completion of Zone B. 7/18 - Mrs. Lorge called and said her wood pile is moved. 7/19 - Contacted Carol, she was not in the office (3:00 p.m.), did not return my call. 7/20 - Carol called back and said she would be at City Hall on Monday morning. Told her to chip B-1. 7/23 - Doug Snyder (E-29) called and asked if we will be chipping on time. I told him that we longer no were taking brush and he might have to burn it. 7/24 - Mrs, Berg (C-28) called and asked if we will be chipping on time. She also said she no longer wanted chips. 7/24 - Called Carol and asked her not to give chips to C-28. She explained that a radiator was damaged on Friday; reason for no chipping. 7/25 - E.A. Daeger called and wanted to know when we were coming out to chip. I told him in mid-August. Duane Olson (F-12.5), called and wanted to know when his area was to be chipped. 7/30 - Carol wanted to know what the completion dates for the chipping zones were. She was told by a resident that her company was behind schedule and wanted to know by how much. 7/31 - Two more calls for the meeting. Janette Monear called and made preparations for the community meeting tonight. 8/2 - Called Carol & left message (11:30). Called Carol & left message (2:00). Carol called back (4:00), I asked her to use one-man crews unless it is not feasible.
