I I I I i i I I I I i CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR COATED ABRASIVE PRODUCTS COMPANY On August 28, 1990, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Coated Abrasive Products Company, a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct a 5,400 square foot building expansion ("Structure") on the property at 14059 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, RENNER ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota; PIN: 35-32-25-22-0010 ("Site") This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and approved by the City's Building Official. Approval is given for a concrete block building which will conform in appearance with the existing building on the Site. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited on the Site as shown on the Site Plan submitted by Permittee, which Site Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and consists of one sheet, is dated July 12, 1990, and was drawn by Graphic Design Architects. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS.Permittee will construct and install the following Site Improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on Exhibit "A". The Improvements are the following: Concrete Curb consisting of B612 around new parking lot perimeter; Bituminous parking lot and driveway; Class V installation; Site Grading;
