CASE <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> PARABODY SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 90-30 <br />Peter Raatikka, Consulting Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />By the time of the August 28, 1990, Council meeting, bids will have <br />been received for the Parabody Building and Parking Lot Lighting. <br />The Council should review these bids at that time. We will make a <br />recommendation on the award of the bids at your meeting. <br /> <br />We are also preparing a landscape plan for the Parabody site which <br />will be available at the August 28, 1990, Council meeting. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a draft of the proposed resolution approving bids for <br />your adoption. A final resolution with the bids received will be <br />available at the meeting. Also included is a resolution approving <br />plans and specifications for landscaping on the Parabody site and <br />ordering advertisement for bids. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution 90-80- accepting bids for <br />Parabody Sanitary Sewer and Parking Lot Lighting and awarding a <br />contract to for such improvements. <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution 90-80- approving plans and specifications and <br />ordering advertisement for bids (Improvement Project 90-30 Parabody <br />Landscaping). <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Comm.
