PROPOSED ORGANIZATION OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> By: David R. Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On August 14, 1990 the Personnel Committee reviewed the Organizational Chart as proposed by <br />the City Administrator and Department Heads. It was the consensus of the Personnel Committee <br />that additional time was required for review, and further that this proposal should be reviewed by <br />the Council.
