RESOLUTION #90-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED 1991 MUNICIPAL LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the following levies for assessed 1990, payable 1991, be levied upon the taxable <br />property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, for the following purposes: <br /> <br /> GENERAL LEVY <br /> <br /> Fund 101: General Fund - General Operations $ 1,459,962 <br /> <br />DEBT SERVICE LEVY: <br /> <br /> Special Assessment Obligations: <br /> <br /> Fund 316: 1989A Debt Service <br /> <br />18,802 <br /> <br />$ 1,478,764 <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before September 1, 1990 for the <br />purpose of complying with Truth In Taxation . <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
