I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08- RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, the City Finance Office has confm-ned that a clerical error was made by the Finance Office at the City of Ramsey, a Special Assessment for Project #89-02, City fund #430, County Fund #1664, payable in 1990, against PIN: 02-32-25-22-0008; and WHEREAS, the payment payable in 1990 is shown on the County Tax Roles in the amount of Six Hundred Forty-six Dollars and Eighty-eight Cents ($646.88); and WHEREAS, no special assessment for Project #89-02, PIN: 02-32-25-22-0008, should be payable for 1990. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FO THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessment in the amount of $646.88 for PIN: 02-32-25-22-0008 against Project #89-02, payable in 1990. 2) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by the Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owner involved of the Council's action. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of August, 1990.
