moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-08- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR BAUERLY BROS., (IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS 90-7,8 AND 9) INC. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved these projects on May 22, 1990; and WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution # awarding the bid to Bauerly Bros., Inc. for the bituminous over----lays in Autumn Heights (Improvement Project 90-7), Woodland Green (Improvement Project 90-8), and Halls Dover Acres (Improvement Project 90-9); and WHEREAS, City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Bauerly Bros., Inc. in the amount of $115,308.90. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as' follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bauerly Bros., Inc. for the construction of Improvement Projects 90-7,8 and 9 in the amount of $115,308.90. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount included in Resolution #90-08- for the month of August, 1990. of this final payment is not approving payment of the bills 4) That the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey city Council this the 28th day of August, 1990.
