Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-12- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF LETENDRE ADDITION WHEREAS, Robert F. LeTendre, Theresa L. Wiebe, hereafter referred to as "Developers", have properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Tranby Terrace 2nd Addition, Anoka County Minnesota Or upon recording: Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Letendre Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, on July 10, 2003, the Board of Adjustment granted a variance to the minimum lot width or street frontage requirement to facilitate replatting the .Subject Property to create a third buildable lot, and WHEREAS, on October 2, 2003 the City received an application and sketch plan from Developers for Letendre Addition, a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on November 6, 2003, and granted sketch plan approval for the minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, on November 20, 2003, the Developers submitted a request for final plat approval of Letendre Addition; and WHEREAS, on November 13, 2003, and December 4, 2003, the Park Commission reviewed the proposed plat and recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Letendre Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon Developer entering into a development agreement with the City and compliance with City Staff review letter dated December 4, 2003. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
