property gains access from a County, State, or MSA Street. The total <br />traffic trips permitted includes employees and deliveries. <br /> <br />~f. The operation will not be permitted if the density and lot sizes of the <br /> surrounding neighborhood are determined to be too dense and therefore <br /> not compatible to the proposed business operation. <br /> <br />hr&Outside storage of vehicles and equipment must comply with section <br /> 9.11.10 of City Code. <br /> <br />b.h. No exterior displays or signs of the business shall be permitted unless <br /> specifically addressed as part of the conditions of the Permit. <br /> <br />The Permit shall not be granted if the Findings of Fact determine that the <br />proposed home occupation may constitute a fire hazard to neighboring <br />residences, adversely affect neighboring property values, or constitute a <br />nuisance or otherwise be detrimental to the neighbors because of excessive <br />traffic, excessive noise, odors or other circumstances. <br /> <br />~.__~. In order to guarantee that a home occupation, once authorized, will not <br /> become a nuisance to the neighbors or otherwise violate these guidelines, <br /> the Planning Commission may recommend and the Council may impose, <br /> reasonable conditions necessary to protect the public health, safety, and <br /> welfare. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5. Inspections. There may be one or more annual inspection each <br />year by the Zoning Administrator of any property covered by a home occupation permit. In <br />addition, the Zoning Administrator and/or his/her designee, shall have the right at any time, upon <br />reasonable request, to enter and inspect the premises covered by said permit for safety and <br />compliance purposes. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. Term of Home Occupation Permits. Home Occupation permits <br />granted by this Section shall be temporary in nature and shall be granted to a designated person <br />who either resides in the dwelling on the subject property; or in the absence of a dwelling, owns <br />the accessory structure on the subject property. Permits are not transferable from person to <br />person or from address to address, unless the transfer is in accordance with the provisions of <br />Subd. 7.a (General Provisions)of this sub-section. <br /> <br />Subd. 7. General Provisions <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Should a Home Occupation Permit holder die or move to a new location, the <br />existing Permit shall be automatically terminated.
