It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-__ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />And Subdivision of Land), to repeal and replace the current Section 9.11.04 (Home Occupations) <br />to establish when a permit is required, and to incorporate new language that will allow for the <br />issuance of home occupation permits for certain commercial operations that are proposed to be <br />conducted within accessory structures or garages on parcels in excess of 3 acres in size. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
