Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING EPTF MEMBER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there have been numerous changes in the Environmental Policy <br />Task Force (EPTF) membership over the last year; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the EPTF was established by the City Council to write a tree <br />preservation ordinance and a wetlands buffering ordinance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the EPTF has completed the tree preservation ordinance and would <br />like to move forward with the creation of a wetlands buffering ordinance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and the EPTF would like the EPTF to have the <br />benefit of a full complement of members as it undertakes the creation of a wetlands <br />buffering ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Ramsey appoints to serve on <br /> the EPTF: <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councihnember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 9th day of December 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />
