Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING PARK AND RECREATION <br /> COMMISSIONER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Michael Rolfe recently resigned from his seat on the Park and <br />Recreation Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the vacancy was advertised and staff received three letters of <br />interest; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, interviews for the vacancy were conducted on December 9, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey appoints to serve on <br />the Park and Recreation Commission for a partial term expiring December 31, <br />2005. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the fbllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the fbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 9th day of December 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />
