Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-12-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2003, PAYABLE 2004, HRA TAX LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TItE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the following levy for assessed 2003, payable 2004, be levied upon the taxable <br />property i n s aid City o fRamsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the following <br />purposes: <br />HRA LEVY <br /> Collected as Property Tax $200,078 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />TOTAL CERTIFIED LEVIES <br /> <br />$ 200.078 <br /> <br />That this final levy does not exceed the Proposed Levy adopted September 9, 2003. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Monday, December 30, <br />2003. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />seconded by <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 9th day of December, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
