ORDINANCE NO. 03- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR UILITY PURPOSES IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />That permanent easement for drainage purposes over, under and across that part of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of a line 60.00 feet southerly of and parallel with the <br />centerline of CSAH No. 116 and the east line of the west 466.69 feet of said Northwest <br />Quarter: thence south 00 degrees 01 minutes 58 seconds west, along said east line, a <br />distance of 684.54 feet: thence south 89 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds east a distance of <br />482.79 feet; thence north 35 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 806.15 <br />feet; thence north 00 degrees 01 minutes 58 seconds east a distance of 28.36 feet to the <br />point on said line 60.00 feet southerly of and parallel with the above described centerline; <br />thence north 89 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds west, along said parallel line a distance of <br />20.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />The centerline of said CSAH No. 116 is described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the east line of the Southeast Quarter of said Northwest <br />Quarter and a line 60.00 feet south of and parallel with the north line of the Southeast <br />Quarter of said Northwest Quarter; thence north 89 degrees 29 minutes 01 seconds west <br />assumed bearing along said parallel line a distance of 220.76 feet; thence northwesterly a <br />distance of 821.52 feet along a tangential curve concave to the northeast said curve <br />having a radius of 1099.07 feet and a central angle of 42 degrees 49 minutes 37 seconds; <br />thence north 46 degrees 39 minutes 23 seconds west tangent to the last described curve, a <br />distance of 600.00 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point A"; thence westerly a <br />distance 821.51 feet along a tangential curve concave to the south said curve having a <br />radius of 1099.97 feet and a central angle of 42 degrees 49 minutes 35 seconds; thence <br /> <br /> <br />
