Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVERBROOK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Wayne and Marian Meloche, hereafter referred to as "Developer", have <br />properly applied for plat apProval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />All that part of Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying North of <br />Trott Brook running through said Government Lot 4 (consisting of approximately 30 <br />acres) and together with an easement for road purposes over and across the west 66 feet <br />of the east 250.81 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, as measured at right angles to the <br />east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1; Riverbrook, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on October 10, 2003, the City received an application and sketch plan <br />from Wayne and Marian Meloche; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on November 6, 2003, and <br />approved the sketch plan of Riverbrook and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat <br />stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 13, 2003, <br />and recommended that park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment if no agreement <br />could be made on land dedication; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received an application and final plat on November 25, 2003; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Riverbrook in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes and contingent upon DevelOper entering into a development <br />agreement with the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
