Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-12- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVERBROOK WHEREAS, Wayne and Marian Meloche, hereafter referred to as "Developer", have properly applied for plat apProval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: All that part of Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, lying North of Trott Brook running through said Government Lot 4 (consisting of approximately 30 acres) and together with an easement for road purposes over and across the west 66 feet of the east 250.81 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, as measured at right angles to the east line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. Or upon recording: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1; Riverbrook, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"); AND WHEREAS, on October 10, 2003, the City received an application and sketch plan from Wayne and Marian Meloche; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on November 6, 2003, and approved the sketch plan of Riverbrook and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 13, 2003, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied through a cash payment if no agreement could be made on land dedication; and WHEREAS, the City received an application and final plat on November 25, 2003; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Riverbrook in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon DevelOper entering into a development agreement with the City.
