SECTION 02100 <br />SITE PREPARATION <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.1 WORK INCLUDED <br />A. This Section includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for clearing <br />the site in preparation for earthwork and building construction. <br />B. The extent of site clearing is shown on the drawings. Site clearing work <br />includes, but is not limited to, the following: <br />1. Clearing the site and removing excess soil. <br />2. Removal of trees & stumps is by Owner. <br />PART 2 - EXECUTION <br />2.1 SITE CLEARING <br />A. Remove vegetation, improvements, or obstructions interfering with installation <br />of new construction. Removal includes stumps and roots. <br />2.2 DISPOSAL OF WASTE MATERIAL <br />A. Remove waste materials and unsuitable and excess topsoil from the Owner's <br />property and dispose of properly. <br />B. Clean up trash and debris caused by clearing operations under this Section, <br />keeping premises, parking lots and streets clean and neat at all times. <br />02100 - 1 <br />
