Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-12-225 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2014 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2014 is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as follows: <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Taxes (EDA Levy) $121,788 <br />Interest Earnings $ 3,000 <br />Total Revenues $124.788 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />Personal Services 56,070 <br />Supplies 10,600 <br />Services and Charges 61,380 <br />Capital Outlay 0 <br />Other Financing Uses — <br />Operating Transfers 0 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $128.050 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 10th day of December, 2013. <br />Mayor <br />
