Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-12-227 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2014 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2014 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 7,181,730 <br />Licenses and Permits 504,185 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 400,126 <br />Charges for Services 541,108 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 76,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 75,000 <br />Miscellaneous 10,500 <br />Other Financing Sources 961,486 <br />Total Revenues $ 9.750.135 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 2,494,973 <br />Public Safety 4,173,885 <br />Public Works 2,048,847 <br />Parks and Recreation 837,578 <br />Contingency 62,967 <br />Other Financing Uses 131,885 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $9.750.135 <br />2) That the City Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Friday, December 29, 2013. <br />3) That all contractual agreements contained within the 2014 General Fund Budget will be <br />considered ratified. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
