Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #13-12-232 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR BROOKFIELD 4th <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Capstone Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, BROOKFIELD 3RD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, on September 3, 2013, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />preliminary plat plans for Brookfield 4th Addition from Capstone Homes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Brookfield 4th Addition is a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 3, 2013, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on <br />October 10, 2013, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2013, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with <br />conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 4, 2013, the Developer submitted an application for final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 10, 2013, the City Council approved the final plat <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Brookfield 4th <br />Addition. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
