111 <br />LONN LINEKER <br />ASSOCIATE <br />BACKGROUND <br />Lonn Joined the Coldweli Banker Commercial Griffin Companies <br />team as a maintenance technician in 201±. Over the next two <br />years he gained an eye for cosmetic and mechanical building <br />issues and honed his problem solving skills. Lonn became very <br />interested in the commercial real estate business and the <br />opportunity for success. He quickly obtained his Minnesota State <br />Real Estate License and immediately transitioned into a tenant/ <br />landlord representative role and is a part of the Special Assets <br />Solutions team at CBC Griffin Companies. Today Lonn is gaining <br />expertise in office and retail in the northeast metro. He continues <br />to be a leader in customer service, providing accurate and detailed <br />information regarding real estate and advising his clients in short <br />and long-term real estate related decisions. <br />Prior to employment with CBC Griffin Companies Lonn Wicker <br />spent fourteen years in the automotive industry. He has done <br />everything from vehicle reconditioning, auto repair, service <br />advisory, customer service, sales and management. <br />Lonn is an avid outdoorsman.
