We have specialists in office, industrial, retail, <br />land, multifamily, gol rcourses, hospitality and investment properties. <br />in reviewing the request for proposal package we see that the City leas a variety of real estate <br />needs of land development, brokerage services (selling of buildings), leasing of current space and <br />overall real estate planning. Each of these areas requires specialized knowledge and experience. <br />Northco is specifically situated to manage and excel at each or these niches. <br />One of the unique differentiators of our proposal and plan to service the City of Ramsey will be <br />our team approach. Ear this long-term project we will be designating a six person team within the <br />company to ensure the City's needs are being fully met.
