(dba "American Dream Realty, Frio .°j, is <br />eager to propose its services to the City of Ramsey because our team members <br />live in the Anoka County and adjoining areas, and we have strong personal <br />interests in making the area es strong and vibrant as it can be_ <br />Effective use of real property as an asset to the City is a fundamental <br />cornerstone of thriving businesses, homes, and supporting infrastructure. <br />We have a unique combination of real estate experience and business <br />development acumen coupled with technological savvy to manage the multitudes <br />of "projects" that will be handled as a result of the future real estate transactions. <br />Our focus will be to benefit the City of Ramsey --and its future residents and <br />businesses --such that the City can best serve all its constituents. <br />We will do this with a core team from American )ream Realty (4 licensed real <br />estate agents and 2 assistants) that is further supported by a network of <br />professionals serving the real estate markets. <br />We already have excellent relationships with other realtors, a title company, a <br />variety of mortgage providers, inspectors, well and septic providers, and look <br />forward to working closely with City employees who look at properties from a <br />public service perspective. <br />Sir cerely, <br />Sheri L.
