Scope of Services <br />Edina Realty will work with the city of Ramsey on strategies for <br />marketing, pricing and the sale of City owned properties. <br />The marketing company will have all final decision regarding <br />marketing. <br />Edina Realty will help develop and distribute a list and maintain all <br />marketing materials and related information. <br />Edina Realty will conduct a basic market analysis for City owned <br />properties for sale. <br />Edina Realty will manage all relationships with prospective buyers, <br />including responding to inquiries, showing properties, answering <br />questions for prospects, conducting negotiations, managing Real estate <br />Transactions. <br />Edina Realty will analyze offers from potential buyers and provide to <br />the City Council for recommendations. <br />Edina Realty will provide regular activity updates verbally to the City <br />of Ramsey development team 2 times per month minimum and <br />electronically 1 time per quarter at a minimum. <br />Edina Realty will handle customary Real Estate Broker activities and <br />services. <br />Note: It is not the objective of Edina Realty to provide Development <br />management services, re -branding services, in-depth market analysis <br />reports, engineering services, website management, strategic/master <br />planning of advanced marketing materials, beyond services ordinarily <br />provided. <br />
