I am very interested in serving as the City's commercial real estate agent. I have been a resident of Ramsey <br />for over 20 years. <br />My relevant qualifications include my CCIM Designation in Commercial Real Estate. Also of note is my <br />position as Commercial Director for KW Commercial Real Estate in the Coon Rapids market center. In this <br />role, I am responsible for all commercial transactions in this market center. And during my 26 year experience, <br />I have completed numerous transactions including lease and tenant representation, various property and land <br />sales in which have been very successful. <br />I have the ability to provide extensive and comprehensive research and marketing utilizing tools exclusive to me <br />as a subscriber to CoStar, MnCar, Loopnet, CIMLS, and CCIM among others.
