C. All bidders are responsible for visiting the site and verifying existing conditions. <br />D. Any question regarding the intent of the drawings or specifications shall be brought to the <br />Architects attention as soon as possible. If direction from the Architect cannot be obtained <br />due to time or communication limitations, the greater quantity, higher quality or condition <br />most favorable to the Owner shall be assumed. <br />E. The drawings and specifications are complementary to one another. If anything is shown on <br />the drawings or specified in the specifications it shall be considered to be in both and <br />included in the contractors bid. <br />1.8 Other Conditions <br />A. Bids may not be withdrawn during the 60 day period immediately following the date of <br />receipt of bids. <br />B. All contractors are responsible for visiting the site and verifying existing conditions. <br />C. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. <br />1.9 Contact <br />a.
