<br />21)That the Applicant shall install a meter on the inside of the Building to monitor the water <br />usage relative to the design capacity of the SSTS. <br /> <br /> <br />22)That if the water usage does exceed the designed capacity of the SSTS, the Applicant shall <br />upsize the SSTS in accordance with Minnesota Rules Chapter 7080 or connect to the <br />municipal sanitary sewer system within twelve (12) months. <br /> <br /> <br />23)That the Applicant is requesting the interim use permit for a duration of five (5) years. <br /> <br /> <br />24)That the proposed interim use will not result in adverse effects on the public health, safety <br />and welfare of the residents of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />25)That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br /> <br />26)That the proposed use will not be dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or working <br />in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br /> <br />27)That the proposed use will not substantially or adversely impair the use, enjoyment or <br />market value of surrounding properties. <br /> <br /> <br />28)That the proposed use will be operated and maintained so as to be harmonious and <br />appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity <br />and such use will not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br /> <br />29)That the proposed use will not create additional requirements at public cost for public <br />facilities and services. <br /> <br /> <br />30)That the proposed use will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br /> <br /> <br />31)That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment <br />and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property or the general <br />welfare, by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke or glare. <br /> <br /> <br />32)That the proposed use will be in accordance with the objectives of the Comprehensive Plan <br />and the intent of Section 117-52 (Interim Use Permits) of the City Code. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #13-11-182 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />
